The product

Our products are cosmetic grooming and self-care tools. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

Prices & payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Shipping is charged in addition to the product price and is shown at checkout, so you always see the full total before you pay. There are no hidden fees added after payment.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and we email your confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, in which case we'll let you know.

Delivery

We dispatch from within Australia and email a tracking link once your order is on its way. Estimated timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Your rights are set out on our Returns & Refunds page and are backed by the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the product or refunding its price.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
